Job description: Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Leader - Accounting to oversee a dynamic accounting team and ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial reports. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while supporting residential managers and corporate stakeholders. Responsibilities: Supervise and train 5-10 Accounts Officers, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Oversee daily operations and lead communication with residential and team managers. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation of financial transactions. Prepare and review financial reports including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets. Conduct variance analysis and submit budget estimates in line with group reporting guidelines. Manage audit schedules and respond to auditor queries. Ensure timely registration and settlement of invoices and intercompany obligations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting. CPA certification preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing/reviewing audited financial statements under IFRS. Experience in consolidated financial statements is a plus. At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
