Salary Range: PHP 50,000 60,000Job Summary:The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys collection operations, ensuring timely payments, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining healthy cash flow. This role plays a critical part in minimizing financial risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the collections team in managing receivables and reducing overdue accounts.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and policies.
- Monitor daily collections performance and ensure targets are met.
- Review aging reports, resolve billing disputes, and negotiate payment terms with clients when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounting, and Legal departments on account statuses and escalations.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, bad debts, and risk analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant credit and collections laws.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in collections, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
