- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR / Admin functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team and process existing company benefits as necessary in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Assists in Government Mandated Benefits - SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
- Assists in processing pre-employment requirements of candidates;
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assists in maintenance of 201 files and other HR-related documents.
- Perform other admin-related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and have good people skills
