Payroll & FinanceOversees monthly payroll outsourced to ensure accurate and timely release of salaries (including inputting and computation of leave applications and records)Able to understand the calculation of SSS, Pagibig, HDMF and any other BIR tax compliance issues locallyAssist with the Accounts Payable/ Receivable / Petty Cash, including issuance of invoices and completing vendor registration formsKeep track with monthly revenue targets and work with the sales and marketing team to chase for overdue invoices2. Recruitment and OnboardingArranges updates on job portals and ensuring recruitment targets are met for the different departments.Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and apply/renew working visas (if required).Prepares contract and other documents (e.g. COE) for new hires/separated employees.Conducts phone screening for applicants, arrange face to face interviews and conduct (exit interview when necessary) clearance for separated employees.Communicate HR policies clearly to all employees and ensure its implementation and compliance.
