This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. The position supports the Senior Executive Assistant while combining strong technical document development capabilities with executive administrative support. Success in this role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.*
The Administrative Assistant will contribute to ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of presentations, reports, and other key documents, while also providing administrative coordination across the organization.*
The role also requires developing and maintaining a strong and continually improving understanding of Custom Learning Systems’ educational programs, along with regular meetings with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure alignment between expectations, priorities, and outcomes.*Responsibilities*

Document and Presentation Development*
- Create, develop, edit, format, and refine high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive and client-facing use*
- Create, edit, and format complex Word documents including reports, templates, and branded materials*
- Ensure consistency in bran*ding, formatting, and document and presentation standards
- Proofread and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism*
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner*
- Assist in managing the Chief Executive Officer’s calendar and schedules, including handling correspondence*
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including email correspondence and preparing documents such as memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, brochures, and bulletins*
- Follow up on tasks and project-related activities to ensure timely completion*
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and other relevant meetings as necessary*
- Support specific committees and event preparation as assigned*
- Monitor and manage Zoom accounts and assist in live-streaming webinars
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment*
- Liaise with couriers to dispatch materials*
- Maintain organized online and physical filing systems for materials*
- Manage and update Client Relationship Management systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, SharePoint, OneNote, FTP)*
- Perform data entry tasks with strong attention to detail*
- Proactively communicate with clients (internal and external) to ensure clarity on procedures and deadlines*
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Executive Assistant or the Chief Executive Officer*
