The Premier Concierge (Virtual Administrative Assistant) is a key support role responsible for managing administrative tasks, client communications, and lead follow-up efforts. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills who can efficiently handle data entry, client onboarding/offboarding, mass texting, emailing, and outbound calls. While some outreach is involved, this is not a sales-heavy position but rather one that supports business development through effective administrative execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, CRM management, and administrative support, calling, and ensuring seamless operations and excellent client engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry, client onboarding/offboarding, and general administrative tasks company-wide.Lead Management & Follow-Up:
- Track, manage, and nurture leads within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails.Mass Outreach & Communication
- Execute mass texting, emailing, and outbound calls to engage prospects and clients.Appointment Scheduling
- Book discovery calls and coordinate meetings.Customer Service & Inbound Calls
- Answer the company phone line, respond to inquiries, and provide a professional first point of contact.Light Business Development Support
- Assist in outreach initiatives but with a focus on administrative execution rather than direct sales.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Administrative Background: Proven experience in administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM management.
Excellent Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
CRM & Outreach Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, call campaigns, text/email outreach, and appointment scheduling tools.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.What We Offer:
