In this role, the candidate adhere to the Banks standards and requirements.Responsibilities:Schedules and coordinates appointment/meetings; handles incoming/outgoing calls; accommodates visitors; manages files and records; and doing other clerical tasks.Handles all incoming and outgoing calls or correspondencesManages files and recordsPerforms other related functions as may be assigned from time to timeQualifications:Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Business course graduatesWith work related experience an advantage but not a requirementProficient in using MS Office applicationsWith good scholastic recordsPleasant, with good communication skillsAnalytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team playerFresh graduates are welcome to applyBDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
