Job Description:Attends profile discussion meeting with Ops Hiring team to further understand the details of the profile
  • Conducts paper screening and initial interviews of candidates.
  • Sends daily recruitment updates to the HR Manager
  • Stays updated about new developments in Sourcing, including new practices and industry trends
  • Effectively utilizing all recruitment tools and channels in sourcing for best fit candidates and boost candidate pipeline
  • Understands the market trends and conducting researches related to recruitment and sourcing activities to deliver strategic opportunities for the client and the company.
  • Establishes sourcing strategies for hard to fill requirements which includes but is not limited to generic CSR roles and RNs requirements
  • Creates Market Intelligence reports for EXL Operations which is the basis for the doability of the demand and different sourcing strategies.
  • Maintains agreed service levels and targets set by the client
