- Support hiring needs to ensure positions are filled effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize optimum recruitment approaches to source and provide qualified candidate pool via social media, local job portals, referrals etc.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new hires with organizational HR processes and tools.
- Engage new hire for smooth integration into respective roles and FISH Culture.
- Undertake engagement sessions and activities jointly with business to create a highly engaged workforce.
- Super User of HRIS.
- Responsible for accurate and timely monthly HR reporting.
- Provide ad hoc reports.
- Create awareness & promote PSA BDP University programs and courses.
- Coordinate various training and development, both internal and external.
- Ensure all mandatory training and development are completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Involved in Employee Relations' activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and implementing the best HR practices.
- Handle and execute payroll and compensation.
- Provide general office administrative and support
- Minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience.
- Knowledge & understanding of payroll & compensation.
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, HR or related.
- Experience from similar industry advantageous.
- Proficient in English
- Familiar with the local labor laws
- Competence in Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word
