  • Support hiring needs to ensure positions are filled effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize optimum recruitment approaches to source and provide qualified candidate pool via social media, local job portals, referrals etc.
Onboarding
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new hires with organizational HR processes and tools.
  • Engage new hire for smooth integration into respective roles and FISH Culture.
Employee Engagement
  • Undertake engagement sessions and activities jointly with business to create a highly engaged workforce.
HR Reporting
  • Super User of HRIS.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely monthly HR reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc reports.
Training, Education & Development (TED)
  • Create awareness & promote PSA BDP University programs and courses.
  • Coordinate various training and development, both internal and external.
  • Ensure all mandatory training and development are completed within the stipulated timeline.
  • Involved in Employee Relations' activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and implementing the best HR practices.
Payroll & Compensation
  • Handle and execute payroll and compensation.
  • Provide general office administrative and support
Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job RequirementsExperiences/ Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Knowledge & understanding of payroll & compensation.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, HR or related.
  • Experience from similar industry advantageous.
Pre-Requisites:
  • Proficient in English
  • Familiar with the local labor laws
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word
  • MNC experience
