Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: Makati City Job Type: Full-Time (100% office based) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, off boarding and administrative duties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Employee Onboarding & Offboarding In charge of the offer letter released to the employees, conducting the induction, collecting all relevant pre-employment documents Create and maintaining Employee Personals files (both hardcopy and softcopy) In charge of the off boarding, ensuring all the company assets had been returned upon last day. Issuance of COE upon request Handles and represent the company in DOLE related cases Payroll Processing Process monthly payroll accurately and on time Maintain payroll data, including attendance, leaves, deductions, and benefits Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory deductions (SSS, HDMF, PHIC) and company policies Coordinate with Finance departments for payroll inputs and reports Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and payslips Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits Keep up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations Process the final pay and issuance of BIR2316 to employees who have resigned Administrative Duties Liase with 3rd party consultants for timely renewal of business licenses, permits Incharge of updating and enrolling new employee to company HMO Incharge of office and pantry supplies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of HR experience Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with confidentiali Show more Show less
