- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive repair, body shop operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle body repair processes and techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation: A focus on providing excellent service to customers and addressing their concerns.
- Coordination of Repair Processes: Oversee the workflow of vehicle body repairs from initial assessment to final delivery. Schedule and assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and availability.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle repairs. Communicate repair status, estimated completion times, and any additional work needed.
- Estimation and Quotes: Prepare detailed repair estimates and quotes for customers based on damage assessments. Ensure that estimates are accurate and reflect the necessary repairs.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of repairs to ensure they meet industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct final inspections of repaired vehicles before they are returned to customers.
- Collaboration with Insurance Companies: Work with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processing and approvals for repairs. Provide necessary documentation and updates to insurance companies as required.
- Inventory Management: Manage parts inventory and order necessary materials for repairs. Ensure that the shop has the required tools and equipment for efficient operations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours. Prepare reports on repair activities, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
