Position Summary: As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will support the marketing operations and growth systems. In this role, you will manage data in HubSpot, campaign execution, and reporting, as well as design HubSpot workflows and integrations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy across marketing and sales systems. Job Details: Onsite (Eastwood Libis, QC) Monday to Friday | 6 AM to 3 PM (Manila time) *Following Queensland AU Holidays Responsibilities: Lead Management & Qualification Assist with lead cleaning and qualification processes Support lead handoff coordination between marketing and sales teams Monitor and report on lead response times and follow-up protocols Track basic lead conversion metrics across different sources Ensure accurate lead source attribution and campaign tracking data entry Database Management Maintain data cleanliness and quality standards within CRM systems Perform routine data hygiene tasks and identify data inconsistencies Support data compliance activities with privacy and security requirements Assist with basic process automation setup and maintenance Help implement simple personalisations and workflows to support campaign performance Process Support & Implementation Support the implementation of new processes and workflows Assist with marketing and sales alignment initiatives Help maintain standard operating procedures for lead management and campaign execution Support automation initiatives to increase team efficiency Reporting & Analysis Assist with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards Support data collection and analysis for key GTM metrics Help prepare regular performance reports Assist with tracking marketing attribution and campaign performance Support executive reporting requirements Software Support & Maintenance Support the marketing technology stack Assist with basic troubleshooting of integrations and technical issues Help coordinate with internal teams for technical support needs Support vendor relationship management activities Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or similar role Probably Business Analyst Background Experience managing data in HubSpot Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Basic understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes Experience with reporting and analytics tools is a plus - particularly reporting within Hubspot Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts is an advantage
