About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Manila office and remotely support our Australia team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business development, coordinating proposals, and producing high-quality multimedia marketing materials that reflect M Moser's commitment to design excellence. You will collaborate closely with the Australia-based team, as well as regional and global colleagues, to create compelling, brand-aligned communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about storytelling, branding, and strategic marketing. As part of our commitment to connection and collaboration, the position includes an annual offsite team-building trip to Australia-a great chance to strengthen relationships and gain deeper insight into the market you'll be supporting. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end proposal and RFP coordination, including content gathering, design, and timely, high-quality submission. Develop compelling narratives, visuals, and layouts for client proposals and presentations. Create marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, and digital assets. Support business development by tracking leads, managing CRM data, and generating insights via platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn. Coordinate project photography and videography for documentation and brand storytelling. Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, automate routine tasks, and generate data-driven insights. Provide flexible support for ad hoc marketing and team coordination needs. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in architecture, design, or professional services. Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, or marketing automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Notion AI). CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
