- Create and publish marketing collateral including email campaigns, brochures, and presentations
- Draft and post engaging online advertisements in line with brand tone
- Manage brand consistency across platforms such as LinkedIn and internal materials
- Develop and support content initiatives for business development and thought leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Maintain and organize data in CRM (basic data entry, cleanup, reporting)
- Generate reports for campaign tracking and marketing insights
- Assist with CRM-driven communication campaigns
- Support ad hoc marketing projects, events, and internal campaigns
- Manage digital marketing assets and documentation
- Assist with internal communications and stakeholder coordination
- Support the maintenance and basic updates of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and email marketing tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not required – we can train you)
- Exposure to ATS platforms or experience supporting applicant data systems is preferred
- A collaborative mindset with a self-starter attitude
