We want someone who can design visually engaging assets, plan and execute campaigns, and analyze results to drive growth. This role is perfect for a marketer who enjoys wearing many hats: content creator, strategist, designer, and analyst. Key responsibilities Content & Social Media Create and manage compelling, well-designed content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms Plan monthly content calendars that align with campaign goals and student needs Write clear, engaging captions and ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals Campaigns & Lead Generation Develop and run marketing campaigns and funnels to generate high-quality student leads Optimize landing pages and calls-to-action to improve conversions Support paid advertising strategy alongside our ads manager (for Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) Analytics & Reporting Track key metrics: lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, engagement Prepare campaign performance reports and make data-driven recommendations Collaboration & Execution Work closely with the Academic, Sales, and Operations teams to support new course launches, events, and promotions Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, ambassadors, partners and Facebook group admins to increase visibility and trust Support online community engagement and events What we are looking for: Fluent in Tagalog and English At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or lead generation Strong eye for design and experience using tools like Canva or other visual editors Confident using Meta Ads Manager, scheduling tools, and basic reporting dashboards Proactive, organized, and results-driven with strong attention to detail A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred (but not required) Only successful candidates will be contacted.
