· Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
· Responsible for partnering for quality recruitment including Business Opportunity Programs and partner with agency partners to drive expansion
· Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career path
· Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like
· Conduct orientations and coach agency on maximizing the opportunities presented by HMO as an extension of their solution offering with abilities to cross-sell and up-sell
· Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the Agency
