Work Engagement: Permanent Role Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Location: Makati City Others: Allowances/Commissions/Incentives Key Responsibilities: Drive sales revenue and gross profit targets for the Business Unit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners; support sales through joint customer visits. Create strategic plans to grow market share and coverage. Ensure excellent customer service aligned with SLAs. Manage partner incentive programs and monitor sales forecasts regularly. Prepare timely reports and support other assigned projects or tasks. Monitor team performance using KPIs and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance standards. Support team stability, growth, and adherence to Company policies. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the IT Distribution industry. Related working experience in networking, security, or unified communications solutions industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff. Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-through. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven. Thrives in a fast-paced and enjoying a dynamic environment.
