- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our SaaS solutions and their unique value propositions.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and use cases to potential customers, adapting the messaging to suit their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the Philippines market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
