Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer (Employee Relation and Engagement) located in Mandaluyong City. The HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The role also involves job description development, handling employee issues and grievances, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Additionally, the HR Officer will oversee employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and culture. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, with a primary focus on employee relations, engagement and retention strategies. Ability to manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating employee engagement programs, with measurable outcomes. Ability to drive employee engagement and retention strategies effectively within a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
