As we expand our services and enhance the user experience, we seek a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations Officer to join our growing team.Job Description
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of employee relations projects, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution sessions between employees and management together with Legal representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, anti-discrimination laws, safe spaces, and health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employment law matters.
  • Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct Probationary Performance Evaluations.
  • Conduct Exit interviews for deep-dive analysis of employee experience.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as employee and management surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures.
  • Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Ability to create reports to enable informed decision-making.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
