ReThem is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of its media buying and SEO initiatives. This role is perfect for a seasoned digital marketer with deep B2B experience, a passion for performance analytics, and a proven track record in scaling digital channels. You&aposll work at the intersection of data, content, and growth - managing end-to-end SEO optimization and media buying performance while ensuring everything is measured, automated, and continuously optimized for ROI. Key Responsibilities SEO & Organic Growth Lead technical and strategic SEO audits, including site health, crawlability, page speed, and schema optimization Own on-page SEO across content, metadata, keyword mapping, and internal linking Oversee backlink acquisition and outreach strategies to build high-authority domain profiles Optimize visibility and performance of ReThem&aposs digital properties in search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) Monitor search rankings and traffic behavior using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Analytics Media Buying & Paid Campaigns Plan and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Taboola, and industry-specific networks (e.g., G2, Capterra, Gartner, Software Advice) Track media spend, impressions, CTRs, and conversion rates with clear attribution frameworks Partner with sales to optimize paid campaigns for lead quality and lifecycle velocity Implement A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages Performance Tracking & Reporting Develop real-time dashboards in Google Looker (Data Studio) to monitor SEO KPIs, ad spend efficiency, and lead funnel progression Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and CRM integrations Analyze campaign data to recommend scalable improvements and identify growth levers Core Tools & Technologies SEO & Analytics: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager Ad Platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, Facebook Ads, Capterra, G2 Marketing Automation & CRM: HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Keap (InfusionSoft), Zapier, GoHighLevel, Wordpress Tracking & Reporting: Google Data Studio (Looker), Google Tag Manager, UTM protocols Project Collaboration: Trello, Slack, Jira, Miro Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing full-funnel digital marketing programs with strong SEO and media buying ownership Demonstrated success in driving B2B lead generation through paid channels and organic visibility Strong grasp of digital measurement, attribution modeling, and CRO tactics Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred What You Bring to ReThem A hybrid approach to strategy + execution, comfortable toggling between CMO-level insights and hands-on optimization A data-first mentality with a keen eye on performance metrics, dashboards, and incremental wins Passion for storytelling through metrics - connecting media buying and SEO efforts to business results Comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritizing impact in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem Benefits Why Join Us Flexible remote schedule with real ownership over your work Be part of a company transforming billing and commerce with AI Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Contribute to operational excellence and scalable processes Desired Work Timings: 7am EST to 4pm EST (flexible) Show more Show less
