- Plan, execute, and optimise paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
- Develop integrated digital strategies aligned with business goals, seasonal demands, and customer segments.
- Build multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
- Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and reporting using tools like GA4, GTM, and platform analytics.
- Monitor KPIs daily, analyse performance, and optimise for maximum conversion efficiency.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives, copy, and landing pages are optimised for conversions.
- A/B test messaging and visuals to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Support sales enablement by creating case studies, performance benchmarks, and client-ready campaign proposals.
- Work with the marketing team to develop client-facing digital ad packages and service offerings.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven ROI in B2C & B2B campaigns.
- Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and retargeting platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and marketing automation tools.
- Adept skills in analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.) and providing ad performance insights.
- Experience planning and managing campaign budgets.
- Strong communication skills for reporting, presenting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality, tourism, or SaaS/tech.
