Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and timelines. Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' alignment with role and company culture. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and interview outcomes. Create and publish job postings to attract qualified applicants. Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives. Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding procedures for new hires. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist in updating and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports. Stay updated on current trends in recruitment, labor market conditions, and sourcing strategies. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent outreach activities. Support other HR functions and projects as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and behavioral interviewing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a genuine interest in people and talent development.
