- Distribute generated leads to sales teams
- Assist in calling warm leads and referrals sourced from different channels
- Update leads tracker and provide end of day report to Area Sales Head
- Collect and organize the monthly performance review of account officers
- Assist in the actual Audit review of teams
- Maintain an inventory of and file request for office and marketing supplies
- Perform admin tasks including data entry, filing and safekeeping of documents
- Attend to calls and inquiries of other departments
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- Experience related to administrative support
- Possesses good communication and customer service skills
- Must have basic mathematical knowledge
- With high integrity
- Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
