Be the backbone of seamless operations.Job OverviewAdmin Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by managing schedules, organizing documentation, and supporting consultations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and maintain product, inventory, and customer data
  • Upload, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
  • Maintain and update the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and descriptions
  • Process and monitor orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily team operations
  • Organize and maintain files, reports, and internal documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms
  • Assist in coordinating tasks to keep workflows on track
  • Monitor store and content updates, ensuring all information is current and error-free
RequirementsMandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Shopify platform and its core functionalities
  • Experience managing or uploading content on social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable, dependable, and consistent in task execution
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred (Highly Advantageous):
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or digital business environment
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of product listing optimization (titles, descriptions, tags)
  • Experience handling order processing and customer data management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
