- Upload, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Maintain and update the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and descriptions
- Process and monitor orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily team operations
- Organize and maintain files, reports, and internal documentation
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms
- Assist in coordinating tasks to keep workflows on track
- Monitor store and content updates, ensuring all information is current and error-free
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role
- Familiarity with Shopify platform and its core functionalities
- Experience managing or uploading content on social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent in task execution
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working in an e-commerce or digital business environment
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of product listing optimization (titles, descriptions, tags)
- Experience handling order processing and customer data management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
