Be the backbone of seamless operations.Job OverviewAdmin Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by managing schedules, organizing documentation, and supporting consultations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high accuracy.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all pre-approval applications for solar jobs (including but not limited to Solar Victoria)
  • Handle system registrations across relevant platforms
  • Process grid connection applications (AusNet, Jemena, CitiPower, Powercor, United Energy)
  • Manage STC processing, including creation, assignment, and compliance
  • Submit and track rebate applications (including Solar Victoria where applicable)
  • Coordinate with installers, sales teams, and customers to progress jobs
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with Australian standards
  • Update and manage jobs within CRM systems
  • Monitor application statuses and follow up with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with post-installation administration (STCs, grid approvals, final documentation)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth job flow from start to finish
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Australian Solar Administration (mandatory)
  • Experience with pre-approvals across multiple job types/states
  • Experience in system registrations
  • Experience in grid connection processes
  • Experience using STC platforms (REC Registry, Greenbot, Formbay, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end solar administration lifecycle
  • Experience working with Australian solar companies
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and work independently
