- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution selling.
- A consistent top performer with a history of overachieving revenue and sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth through high sales activity levels and strategic sales execution.
- Expertise in handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals quickly.
- Experience in sales environments with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s business culture.
- Cross-border sales experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand is a benefit but not a requirement.
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to challenge the status quo, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- Experience in managing high-pressure sales negotiations.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies
