Job Description: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution. Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints, workplace conflicts, and policy violations. Collaborate with management and HR partners to develop and implement solutions to workplace concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal standards, including employment laws and regulations. Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conduct. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of investigations and employee relations activities. Analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements to policies or practices. Support the development of Training Programs and Implementation. Partner with legal counsel as needed to mitigate legal risks. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience(s): At least 2-4 years' experience in HR, preferably handling the employee relations. Specific Knowledge : Knowledge of Labor laws and HR best practices, Proficiency in HR software, database management, and Microsoft Office, Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
