Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to oversee and manage various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, a high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential employee information with utmost care. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily HR operations and ensure all HR roles are executed efficiently. Maintain an objective perspective and apply strategic thinking to HR activities, distinguishing personal from official matters. Handle employee data with high conscience and honesty, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Input and manage in/out data related to HR functions. Conduct and analyze Employee Climate Surveys to gauge engagement and workplace atmosphere. Provide counseling and pulse checks regarding employee concerns, morale, and workplace issues. Maintain and update HR records diligently. Oversee timekeeping processes, review payroll, facilitate the 13th-month pay, and compute final pay for departing employees. Facilitate the posting of statutory payments such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions. Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, including monthly mini-events, team-building activities, and year-end celebrations to enhance employee retention. Facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Handle processing of VISA, AEP, ACR I-CARD, Annual Reports, and other related documentation for foreign nationals and expatriates. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
