HR - Internal Document and Audit Support Specialist Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Internal Document and Audit Support Specialist . This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of internal documentation and HR-related records in preparation for internal audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, experience handling sensitive information, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify internal documents and contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Organize and file historical records and documents to support internal audit processes. Maintain and update HR-related files and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Collaborate with HR and internal audit teams to identify and resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies. Prepare audit-ready documentation and assist in audit-related inquiries. Ensure secure handling and storage of confidential employee and company information. Support process improvements related to document management and audit preparation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required). Proven experience in HR administration and familiarity with internal audit processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive team player who can collaborate effectively __ OD and People Services Records & Audit Support Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the completeness and accuracy of People and Culture records related to compensation, benefits, and Workday activities, in support of HR audit requirements and business-as-usual (BAU) operations. The role may also be assigned to provide administrative support for Organizational Development and People Operations activities as needed. Key Responsibilities: P&C - OD & People Operations Records Management & Audit Support Ensure all HR documentation related to compensation, benefits, and Workday transactions is complete, accurate, and audit ready. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records in accordance with internal policies and audit standards. Assist in preparing documentation and reports required for internal and external HR audits. Support data validation and integrity checks within Workday. Administrative Support for OD & People Services Provide logistical and documentation support for Organizational Development programs and initiatives. Assist in coordinating activities and maintaining records for People Services operations. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support HR team priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Understanding of compensation and benefits processes is required. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, especially Workday, is a strong advantage. Experience in HR administration, audit preparation, or records management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Show more Show less
