E-commerce Specialist/Admin Support Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, with a focus on retention and satisfaction Manage subscription cancellations and customer retention efforts (primarily through email and over the phone conversation) Process and track eCommerce subscriptions and billing issues, including declined card payments Manage and resolve support tickets effectively and on time Coordinate with the shipping warehouse for order updates and escalations Perform general admin tasks to support customer service operations Communicate with customers in a respectful, understanding, and solution-oriented manner What We're Looking For: Previous experience in eCommerce customer support Solid understanding of subscription platforms and payment systems Previous experience with drop shipping processes Strong written communication skills (especially for handling emails) Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently A team player who can handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism Note: We'd love to get to know you a bit better beyond your written application.
