- Provide administrative support across multiple departments and personnel.
- Manage order entry, quotes, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
- Input, update, and manage data within the NetSuite ERP system and other platforms.
- Run, prepare, and distribute reports from ERP and industry databases.
- Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and lead follow-up.
- Assist customer service functions, including verifying email filtering.
- Perform data entry and collection for various projects.
- Assist with website updates such as product info, descriptions, and pricing (training provided).
- Manage and maintain accurate data on industry platforms like AutoQuotes.
- Participate regularly in video and audio web meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
- Provide support for future digital and email marketing initiatives as the role evolves.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or similar professional experience (5+ years preferred).
- High English proficiency (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Strong technical proficiency with ERP/CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with databases, reporting, and web-based platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple departments.
