Committed to environmental stewardship, The Client prioritizes sustainability through the use of recyclable materials and durable, eco-conscious manufacturing methodsAbout the Role: The Admin Support Specialist will provide back-end support to sales, operations, and customer service teams. The role involves handling data entry, reporting, order and quote management, website updates, and CRM/ERP system tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy andKey Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments and personnel.
  • Manage order entry, quotes, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
  • Input, update, and manage data within the NetSuite ERP system and other platforms.
  • Run, prepare, and distribute reports from ERP and industry databases.
  • Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and lead follow-up.
  • Assist customer service functions, including verifying email filtering.
  • Perform data entry and collection for various projects.
  • Assist with website updates such as product info, descriptions, and pricing (training provided).
  • Manage and maintain accurate data on industry platforms like AutoQuotes.
  • Participate regularly in video and audio web meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
  • Provide support for future digital and email marketing initiatives as the role evolves.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or similar professional experience (5+ years preferred).
  • High English proficiency (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong technical proficiency with ERP/CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with databases, reporting, and web-based platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple departments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Trainable and adaptable to company-specific tools and processes.
