Financial Services, Insurance, Compliance, Marketing, Executive SupportWe’re looking for versatile, detail-oriented Executive Assistants who can confidently support financial teams across multiple departments — from Client Services and Marketing to Compliance and Licensing Support. This role involves working with U.S.-based clients in the financial sector, so you should be adaptable, organized, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities (May Vary Based on Placement):Client Experience & Operations SupportPolicy servicing: prepare forms, gather client documents, and follow up on missing informationClaims assistance: schedule adjusters, organize claim files, and send follow-up emailsUnderwriting support: complete checklists and update submission portalsCommissions & licensing: reconcile statements and maintain agent recordsExecutive & Licensing AdminCalendar and inbox management for executivesCoordinate internal meetings and travel arrangementsAssist with agent onboarding and license renewalsMarketing & Sales SupportSchedule and monitor social media postsDraft newsletters, email campaigns, and blog contentUpdate CRM records and support lead generation and nurture campaignsOrganize webinars, executive meetings, and client eventsWhat We’re Looking For:At least 1–2 years of experience in admin, executive assistance, or client supportBackground in financial services or insurance is requiredExperience supporting insurance clients in both the Philippines and the United States is strongly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and tech-savvyComfortable working independently and handling confidential informationFamiliar with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management platformsMust be available during Pacific Time business hoursTools You Might Use:Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sheets)Trello, ClickUp, or other task management platformsCRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevelPowered by JazzHR
