Salary: $700-$1,000 USD/month Role Overview We are hiring a proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. You will keep the CEO organized through expert calendar and ClickUp management , build systems and simple automations that increase efficiency, and create client-facing deliverables such as flow charts, slide decks, and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with strong communication, excellent judgment, and a bias for action. Part-Time (20+ hrs/week) - 4 hours per day, US CST hours Responsibilities Calendar and Meeting Operations Own the CEO's calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, time blocking, and protecting focus time Prepare agendas, collect materials, and capture decisions & action items Track follow-ups in ClickUp and ensure on-time completion ClickUp Administration Create and maintain spaces, folders, lists, tasks, and views Standardize templates for recurring work and reporting Build simple automations and dependencies to reduce manual effort Monitor workload and surface risks or bottlenecks Systems and Process Improvement Document SOPs in a clear, concise format Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation or elimination Evaluate and integrate lightweight tools as needed in partnership with the CEO Client Deliverables and Operational Content Produce clean flowcharts, slide decks, spreadsheets, and dashboards Format content to brand standards and ensure data accuracy Maintain a shared library of reusable templates Communication and Coordination Draft concise updates, summaries, and follow-ups for stakeholders Coordinate with partners and team members to keep deliverables on track Handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements Experience supporting a senior executive or ops leader in a fast-paced setting Advanced proficiency with ClickUp (templates, custom fields, views, automations) Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Slides/PowerPoint, Sheets/Excel) Ability to create clear process docs and visuals (Lucidchart, Whimsical, or Miro) Familiarity with no-code tools (Zapier, Make) Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure Familiarity with EOS, OKRs, or Agile is a plus Software and Tools Used ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zapier, Lucidchart, Whimsical, Miro Benefits 10 Paid Local Holidays (5 for part-time) 10 Days PTO (5 for part-time) Long-term engagement HireMango support & coaching Paid in USD Show more Show less
