JOB OVERVIEWI'm an author in search of a virtual assistant who is organized and efficient but may be looking for a role with flexible hours.The assistant would be responsible for the following:
- Setting up daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
- Weekly video call where the week's tasks are discussed and organized together
- Sending daily to-do lists of the work to be completed for the day
- Checking in at the end of the day to keep track of what tasks have been completed
- Setting up and maintaining to-do lists for short-term and long-term projectsSkills required:
- Proficiency in Google Calendar
- Proficiency in Todoist and connecting projects to Google Calendar
- If not Todoist, proficiency in another task management app/site
- Proficiency in a communication app such as Whatsapp, Telegram, , etc.
- Fluency in EnglishI am working in a fast-paced industry and there are often times when things fall behind schedule, so it's important that the assistant is:
- A problem solver
- Detail oriented
- Highly organizedI estimate it will be around 20 hours of work per week. No log of hours worked will be required, as the payment will be a flat $200/month.This is a part-time position, but experience is required, as I cannot offer training in any specific task management app/site. If accepted, I'll be providing a detailed run-through of the industry-specific terminology that will be required to effectively keep track of project tasks.6 days of the week will require 1-2 hours of work keeping track of daily to-do lists and checking in.
1 day of the week will have a call where we'll discuss and set up my schedule for the week. This day will likely be 2~4 hours of work.

Check-ins will accommodate PHT and take place once in the morning and once in the evening via messaging app. Weekly calls will be scheduled for the morning or afternoon PHT. All Filipino holidays will be honored, and any personal trips/vacations can be worked around.As I am an author and not a CEO or entrepreneur, please note there isn't room for growth in this position into something like "Project Manager" or "Executive Assistant". The current series I'm working on will be going on for at least 5 years, so steady part-time employment would be guaranteed for at least that long.
