Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Receives and records all incoming and outgoing communications 2.Encode/assist in the preparation of confidential correspondence e.g. letters, memorandum, reports etc. 3.Answer and makes telephone calls 4.Prepare/monitor the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) of the Bureau 5.Maintain database/record of office supplies and equipment 6.Prepare/encode request forms for suppliers/equipment/activities needed by the Bureau 7.Prepares obligations request and disbursement vouchers 8.Files correspondences and other related documents and 9.Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Bureau Director and/or other officials and staffs. Job Outputs: 1.Recorded incoming and outgoing documents 2.Routed incoming and outgoing documents 3.Records Management and 4.Updated Database as assigned.
