Functions and Responsibilities: 1.Encodes correspondence, reports and other documents of the division 2.Assists in daily document tracking of the division 3.Provides administrative support in the preparation of daily and monthly monitoring of SWD issue 4.Assists in the survey of DSWD's internal and external publics and 5.Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time. Job Outputs: 1.Correspondences such as memorandum, letters 2.Updated division tracking/monitoring system 3.Reports and inventory and 4.Encoded surveys .
