HR, on employee welfare. Employee support, etc.) Experience : At last six (6) months of those relating to the duties and responsibilities (e.g. gen. HR, on employee welfare. Employee support, etc.) Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility JOB DESCRIPTION Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial and clerical functions for the Service Director and does other related work. Functions and Responsibilities: Provides general administrative and logistical support relative to the division's activities such as but not limited to the following: 1.Facilitates requests for venue, food and transportation 2.Prepares supplies/materials as needed for the activities 3.Encodes, reproduces, and scans handouts, attendance sheets, certificates, etc. 4.Performs clerical and administrative functions with fiduciary obligations such as but not limited to: a.Preparation of Obligation Requests, Disbursement Vouchers, etc. b.Preparation of procurement requests, PPMP, etc. c.Monitoring of division balances/payments. 5.Focal for 7s and housekeeping functions in relation to ISO 9001:2015 certification 6.Assists in the maintenance of ICT equipment of the Division 7.Drafts simple routine documents such as transmittal letters, special orders, certificates, vouchers, and other documents as may be required 8.Handles records management of the office/division/unit tracks documents and office communications in the Data Tracking System and other similar means 9.Maintains availability, dispenses and keeps an inventory of the division's supplies and 10.Performs other tasks as may be assigned or required by the supervisor.
