Experience in government or familiarity with government administration an advantage Eligibility : None required JOB DESCRIPTION Assist the administrative unit head and/or the director in monitoring deliverables of the divisions/sections. Functions and Responsibilities: Incoming 1.Receives encodes , and ensures that incoming and releasing documents are properly tagged and filed in the data tracking system 2.Drafts simple memoranda/reports and/or other communications in response to the requirements from other offices, as needed 3.Coordinates with different OBSUs and Field Offices relative to various concerns of the NHTO 4.Provide administrative support during meetings, workshops, training , and other activities similar in nature 5.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Division Chief and/or the Director and 6.Alternate Outgoing personnel.
