At least 2 years' experience in: bank reconciliation, invoicing to customers, posting bills from suppliers, suppliers' payment management, credit notes, inter-company reconciliation, fixed assets accounting, month-end accruals and provisions, chart of accounts, accounts mapping, payroll processing ABSOLUTE & EXTREME attention to detail Highly organized, methodical, logical and proactive approach Natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge & continual improvement Excellent written and oral Communication Skills Intermediate to Proficient skill level in: MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint How do I contribute to the team Australian Bookkeeping Serve as an internal bookkeeper for the company Create and reconcile invoices utilising XERO and relevant data base Process payments, reconcile expenses and receipts utilising Xero and relevant data base Follow up outstanding invoices Prepare base level profit and loss statements Conduct regular bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliation Administration for payroll and Prepare pay-runs and superannuation payable Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets Help Management and Company Accountants with administrative duties for preparation of BAS returns on a quarterly basis Help Management and Company Accountants with administrative duties for yearly financials and tax returns How else can I contribute Local Bookkeeping Responsible for compliance, data input, accounting, and auditing.
