Full-Time Bookkeeper - Long-Term Role

Responsibilities:Handle daily bookkeeping tasks (A/P, A/R, reconciliations)Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and vendor accountsMaintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Odoo, and related accounting toolsCreate and send invoices for customer orders in OdooTrack payments and follow up on overdue accountsClean up and organize financial, customer, and vendor data across systemsPrepare expense reports and assist with month-end closingSupport management with financial reporting and analysisRequirements:Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience (U.S. business experience is a plus)Proficiency with QuickBooks, , and/or Odoo ERPExperience with invoicing and order reconciliationStrong skills in data cleanup and organizationHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWork Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) - preferred shift is 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM PH Time (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM CST, previous day) to ensure at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. business hours.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
