JOB OVERVIEWYour Main Tasks:Process and fulfill customer orders by navigating warehouse websites and ensuring accuracy in every stepCommunicate with warehouses and suppliers to track, confirm, and manage ordersHandle customer service inquiries with professionalism and care (via email, chat, or other channels)Keep accurate records and reports of orders, stock, and delivery statusCoordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveriesWhy This Role Is ImportantThis is a high-responsibility job.
