We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who combines empathy with structure: someone who can solve problems, keep a professional tone, make every client feel valued, and recommend the right products to boost both satisfaction and repeat purchases.Your main responsibilities:
Handle customer emails and messages in a professional and empathetic way.
Ensure every client leaves the interaction fully satisfied.
Recommend the most relevant products to match customer needs (cross-sell & upsell).
Turn complaints into positive experiences and loyal customers.
Share customer insights with the team to improve products and services.What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and empathy.
Ability to keep clear boundaries while being customer oriented.
Experience with email/ticket systems (Gmail, Freshdesk, etc.).
Proactive mindset: not just solving problems but adding value.
Autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail.
French Language skill is a plus but not requiredWhat we offer:
