The RoleAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative vision and design execution for a wide range of projects. Working closely with the creative and marketing teams, you will conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages. Lead the creative direction and execution of design projects from concept to completion.
Develop visual concepts and layouts for print, digital, and multimedia campaigns.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, project objectives, and client expectations.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriters, developers) to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
Ensure that design deliverables meet technical requirements and are production-ready.

Client Collaboration

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences.
Present design concepts and strategies to clients, receiving feedback and making necessary adjustments to align with their expectations.

Mentorship & Team Leadership

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creative team members, assisting in their growth and development.
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to encourage innovative design thinking within the team.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new techniques into your work.
Continuously explore ways to innovate and push creative boundaries, while maintaining functionality and brand consistency.

Key Qualities and requirements that we Look ForExperience & Portfolio

A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work (print, digital, branding, etc.). Experience in a Marketing or Advertising Agency is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

Strong conceptual and visual skills, with a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
