The Role The Digital Designer reports to the Marketing Manager and will provide dedicated creative support to our global Professional Services teams, based primarily in Sydney and London, as well as other business functions such as Marketing, Sales, and People Experience. This role focuses on the creation and delivery of digital assets across customer projects, assisting with campaign graphics, email and banner designs, registration sites, mobile app UI elements, and event collateral such as smart badge visuals and name badges. You will also assist in the production of short product walkthrough videos using tools like Arcade, and contribute to animation and video editing efforts for marketing and support content. This is a remote-first role based in the Philippines and is ideal for a designer with 2+ years of experience looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your work will help alleviate pressure on our senior design team by taking ownership of creative admin and asset production-ensuring consistency, quality, and speed in our delivery to customers. When and Where This is a full-time, remote-first position based in the Philippines. Your Duties Design digital assets for use across customer campaigns, events, and internal projects (e.g. emails, banners, registration sites, event app UI, smart badges, name badges). Create short support and product walkthrough videos using platforms such as Arcade. Provide design support for the Marketing team, including simple animations and video editing. Maintain visual consistency across all assets in line with Jomablue's brand guidelines. Collaborate with global Professional Services teams to understand creative requirements for customer-facing projects-this may require occasional flexibility with work schedule to accommodate London team overlap. Assist in managing digital asset libraries and ensuring assets are well-organised and accessible. Support internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources through design and layout. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and People Experience teams. Implement feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to iterate and improve designs. Stay current with design trends, digital tools, and creative best practices. Essential: 2+ years of experience in digital design or related creative roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in video editing and creating simple animations for digital platforms. Familiarity with creating assets for digital marketing campaigns and product UI. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Desirable: Familiarity with Figma, Arcade or other UI design tools. Experience creating educational or support content (e.g. product walkthroughs). Exposure to B2B or SaaS environments. Understanding of basic accessibility standards for digital design. Knowledge of tools such as Wrike, Airtable, or project management platforms.
