The Digital Designer will be responsible for designing digital advertising campaign assets, including digital banners (storyboards, static and animated banners) and emails; ecommerce content (including onsite and marketplace product pages and related assets); and landing pages / microsites. The ideal candidate is an empathetic, curious, creative problem solver with a passion for digital content and experiences. You will join an ambitious and growing team of strategists, creatives and technologists around the world. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a digital designer working in a creative/digital agency on large global accounts Experience creating digital designs and assets for advertising, ecommerce and web A high level of attention to detail, with a drive to create and maintain incredibly high standards Expert knowledge of current design trends and techniques Able to take a creative scamp and produce an asset that represents Hogarth's high-quality approach to everything we do Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products Always open and curious about trying new tools that can enhance the output or improve efficiency (e.g Figma) Communicate - A strong communicator you should have the ability to articulate and support design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy Organized - You should be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules. Experience working with brand guidelines Passionate and conscientious in regard to your work Design style/ sensibilities must be current, forward-thinking and audience aware Flexible with your time when required for the client UX/UI design experience - able to design user-centred, intuitive, pixel-perfect design patterns that follow the latest interactive design best practice (nice to have) Qualities: A self-starter, able to work independently Proactive and self-motivated to create great work and improve the way we deliver it Meticulous attention to detail A team player - no project or task is too big or small, always willing to help Continuous learning mindset - always looking to improve yourself and spreads that enthusiasm to others Our Hogarth Values: Hands on No egos here.
