Senior Graphic Designer

• Prepare final, press-ready files based on supplied specifications for various printing and digital deliverables, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Transform various formats of supplied artwork into production-ready files, resolving any artwork-related issues during production.
• Package, prepare, and version files for release to printers, media partners, and other stakeholders.
• Format graphics and ensure that files are correctly processed, proofed, and ready for deployment in multiple formats.
• Assist design teams in producing a wide range of materials, including print, packaging, advertising, email campaigns, social media, and other digital graphics.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within set deadlines and adhere to branding standards.

• 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer, production artist, or similar role.
• Experience in sports or online games is preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud products: After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design processes.
• Strong skills in design, typography, layout, composition, and production.
• In-depth knowledge of digital design principles and printing processes including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A portfolio showcasing completed graphics and designs.
• Excellent team player with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in parallel with US time zone.
• A qualification in graphic design may be advantageous
