Job DescriptionJob Posting: Customer Service and Logistics Manager (Philippines)Location: BGC, Philippines | Function: Supply Chain & LogisticsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L) Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in the Philippines. This critical role is responsible for ensuring excellence in both customer service delivery and logistics execution. You will be the key driver in optimizing our logistics network, managing third-party partners, and leading a team dedicated to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the local market.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Warehouse Management:Develop and implement strategies to optimize the local logistics network, reducing costs across warehousing and transportation.Manage and oversee all 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partner operations, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), inventory accuracy, and safety standards.Negotiate competitive transport rates and evaluate logistics models for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure full compliance with Philippine customs regulations for the timely and complete release of imported goods.Customer Service Excellence:Lead and develop the Customer Service team, fostering a customer-centric culture.Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and collection.Implement and manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs with key customers to enhance service levels.Serve as the primary supply chain contact for key customer business reviews and issue resolution.Operational Leadership & Continuous Improvement:Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to maximize working capital and operational efficiency.Manage and leverage SAP systems (SD & MM modules) for seamless logistics and customer service operations.Lead reverse logistics processes in compliance with company standards.Conduct regular warehouse and trade visits to ensure operational excellence and maintain deep market knowledge.Our Perfect CandidateEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Customer Service and Logistics management, with a proven track record within the FMCG sector in the Philippines.Technical Expertise:Extensive experience in 3PL and warehouse management.High proficiency in SAP, particularly the SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.In-depth knowledge of Philippine customs regulations, import processes, and local logistics landscapes.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.Core Competencies:Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Mobility: Must be willing to conduct regular local travel for warehouse audits and customer immersion.
