- Supporting customers (homeowners) and service providers (local businesses) with open requests from our marketplace, focusing on helping service providers stay organized with customer communication and system updates.
- Monitor and promptly respond to high volume of inbound and outbound text and email communications with both sides of the marketplace.
- Building trusted relationships with service providers.
- Prioritizing open operations items based on business impact, urgency, and the context of the service request and service provider relationship.
- Keep great records / notes from relevant conversations with service providers to ensure all team members have the proper context when engaging with those businesses.
- Manage and track outreach using HubSpot CRM.
- Support the vendor onboarding process and handoff to internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to refine strategy and improve performance.
- Very high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer savvy, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Bonus points if you've worked in a marketplace, SaaS, or vendor-facing startup environment
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong work ethic and a passion for doing things right
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Past experience in a customer facing role, ideally customer service oriented
- Past experience with Google Office Suite (excel/sheets), email or SMS tools
- Remote work with US shift
