OverviewIbex Global is currently in search of Instructional Designer to join our GLID team.ResponsibilitiesThe Instructional Designer – eLearning manages all steps in the project lifecycle: from Project Initiation to Project Closure. The work includes, but may not be limited to:Analysiso Identify the client’s problem and resource availability/ limitations as well as profile of target learnerso Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and other sourceso Analyze content and identify primary and secondary learning objectivesDesigno Create branded templates for content: from decks, onepagers to simulatorso Brainstorm on and select the design elements fit for the project requirementso Generate ideas on activities, gamification, story-telling and assessmento Select optimum design and development process considering available resources and deadlines o Design storyboards in collaboration with subject matter expertDevelopmento Develop according to agreed development process (ADDIE, SAM)o Develop content elements such as images, videos, audio using Adobe Creative Suite, Audacity and other multimedia toolso Develop scenarios and associated stories and dialogue scriptso Create or put together the e-Learning content using software such as using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storylineo Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materialso Ensure contents are peer reviewed and approved internally before presenting to client o Apply agreed upon revisions, if anyo Administer several functions of IBEX Global’s Training Management System (TMS) such as course creation, uploading content, creating assessments and setting up course restrictions (e.g. passing grades)

Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
Assist in ensuring target learners have access to the course o Create promotional materials to announce new courses and encourage course completion

Project Managemento Collaborate with stakeholders in all stages of the project, ensuring proper and timely communicationo Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentationo Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed scheduleo Report utilization of materials within the duration of project timelineso Secure project acceptance and closureThe Instructional Designer, as a key member of the GLID team also supports internal business processes:o Innovation – support and work on GLID strategic and innovation plans and initiativeso Learning – ensure continuous development of skills or acquiring new skills; stay updated on technology and industry news and trendso Internal Processes – support GLID and Ibex processes, policies and guidelines.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, preferred
4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment
Training needs analysis, methods and procedures
Process mapping and visual display design principles
Excellent written and communications skills, mandatory
Must have proficiency with various software application programs including MS Office
Prior customer service or call center environment experience
